Services and Engineering Support (SES) is the central core ensuring that the wireless solutions Glentel offers and sells will continue to meet the ever-changing requirements of a growing customer base. The National Wireless Business Service Centres , the engineering services, maintenance contracts, and external service sales are all part of maintaining above-average customer services and support levels. Through its network of service centers, Glentel is the prime contact for its customers in all aspects of an application, including support of in-vehicles devices, network infrastructure, services, billing and reconciliation. Recognition of this strong service support came in 2002 from the ACJV (Athabasca Construction Joint Venture) Project Management Team and Shell Canada when they awarded Vendor Excellence Awards to the top 25 of more than 1,200 vendors on their 18-month oil sands project; Glentel was honoured to receive this award for outstanding service.
